    A: To reduce unnecessary power consumption, the F2400 comes with default automatic shutdown settings:

    Main Power and USB Ports: Automatically shut down after 5 minutes with no output detected.
    AC and DC Output Ports: Automatically shut down after 8 hours with no output detected.

    This is a normal energy-saving feature and does not indicate a malfunction. You can also adjust the automatic shutdown time through the app according to your needs.

    Q: Can the F2400 connect to an expansion battery?

    A: No. The F2400 has a built-in 2,048Wh battery capacity and does not support expansion batteries.

    If you need greater capacity or an expandable energy storage system, consider a larger model that supports expansion batteries, such as the FOSSiBOT F3600 Pro.

    Q: Can I leave the F2400 inside a hot vehicle for extended periods during summer?

    A: It is not recommended to leave the F2400 inside a closed vehicle exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods. However, for temporary storage, the unit will not immediately become unusable even if the ambient temperature exceeds 40°C.

    The recommended charging and discharging temperature range for the F2400 is 0–40°C. It can still operate above 40°C, but it may not be able to maintain full-power output.

    When the battery temperature reaches the high-temperature protection range of 55–66°C, the battery will stop discharging.
