      • A: AC charging supports up to 3000W using the AC charging cable connected to a wall outlet, high-voltage solar charging supports up to 2500W and requires solar panels connected in series, low-voltage solar charging supports up to 1200W and requires solar panels connected in parallel, car charging supports up to 200W at 12V/24V 8A, and combined charging supports up to 5200W with AC input, high-voltage PV input, and low-voltage PV input used simultaneously.

      • A: The F7200 is compatible with solar arrays operating within 120–450V (high voltage ≤2500W) or 11.5–55V (low voltage ≤1200W), where high-voltage input requires series connection with the minimum number calculated as 120V divided by the panel open-circuit voltage and the maximum as 450V divided by the panel open-circuit voltage, low-voltage input requires parallel connection and is recommended to use FOSSiBOT SP420 panels, and all connected panels must be identical to avoid damage or abnormal operation.

      • A: Each F7200 can connect up to two FB5222 expansion batteries (sold separately), expanding the total capacity to 15.7kWh.

      • A: The F7200 can be charged via its AC input from gasoline, diesel, or other generators as long as the generator provides stable 220–230V (or 240V) AC output at the correct frequency and with power no less than 3kW.

      • A: At an ambient temperature of around 20°C and with loads between 500W and 7200W, the overall output efficiency of the F7200 is approximately 85%–90%, delivering about 4.4–4.7kWh of usable energy.

      • A: It is recommended to use the microinverter sold together with the F7200, as compatibility with other brands cannot be guaranteed.

      • A: No, and if the battery pack fails or is damaged, please contact customer support.

      • A: Charging is supported from -4°C to 58°C, discharging from -17°C to 63°C, storage from 0°C to 25°C, and while it can technically power devices below 0°C, charging should be avoided in such conditions.

      • A: After receiving the unit, fully charge the battery to 100%, then press and hold the main power button on the upper right for 3 seconds to turn on the F7200, press the corresponding on/off buttons when connecting appliances, and turn off AC/DC/USB outputs when not in use to prevent battery drain.

      • A: Press and hold the AC button for 3 seconds to turn off AC output and enter frequency switching mode, short press the AC button to select 50Hz or 60Hz while the values flash on the screen, and release the button to automatically save after 3 seconds.

      • A: With BMS sleep power consumption not exceeding 200µA and a theoretical battery capacity of 204Ah, the calculated theoretical maximum standby time is approximately 116 years.

      • A: The F7200 and other FOSSiBOT products such as the F3600 Pro and F2400 can charge each other by connecting the AC output of one unit to the AC input of another.r
